What we do
Cornwall Removal Company is a lead generation service for removal work across Cornwall, run by Tally Digital Ltd. We are not a removal company ourselves. We don't load vans, we don't drive boxes, and we don't show up at your door with a clipboard. What we do is connect you — quickly and without fees — with a local removal firm for your move.
The model is simple. You tell us what you need (postcodes, bedroom count, target date, anything tricky). We match you with a Cornwall-based remover who handles that kind of work in your area. We tell you who first, and only pass your details on if you say yes. They quote you direct, you pay them direct, the job goes ahead. The transaction is between you and the remover; we step out once the match is made.
Why we built this
Cornwall has a busy, fragmented removals market — a few BAR-affiliated firms doing nationwide work, a tail of solo man-and-van operators, and almost nothing in between. Most people Google "removals near me", get back a list dominated by national lead-aggregators that sell your details to 4-5 random firms simultaneously, then have to field a barrage of cold-calls.
We bridge that gap. By focusing only on Cornwall and only on removals, we know the realistic prices and the awkward streets of Polperro or the moor tracks of Bodmin. You get an introduction to one genuinely-local firm matched to your specific job; the remover gets a qualified lead and may pay us a fee for the introduction, which never changes your quote.
How it actually works
- You submit a quote request via our form or by email — name, postcode, type of move, target date.
- We match you with a local remover for your area and type of move.
- We tell you who first, and only pass your details on if you say yes. The remover then quotes you direct (after a phone or video survey for larger moves).
- You decide whether to go ahead. No pressure from us, no follow-ups unless you ask.
- Move day happens between you and the remover — load, drive, unload, payment all direct.
Our promises
- No fee to you, ever. Quotes are free, matching is free, and we never add a margin to what the remover charges.
- One match, not five. Other lead-gen sites sell your details to multiple removers simultaneously, so you get hassled by cold calls. We refer you to one suitable firm.
- You hear who first. We tell you who first, and only pass your details on if you say yes.
- Honest about what we are. We're a lead-gen service, not a remover. Footer disclosure on every page; this About page exists so you can verify before contacting us.
- Your data stays minimal. See our privacy notice.
